With nearly two decades of dentistry experience, Patti is no stranger to helping people achieve their ideal smile. Patti helps the doctors with all full service procedures and never tires of seeing patients stand a little taller when their smile is improved and their mouths feel healthier. She admires the doctors’ honest, caring approach with patient care and strives to continue the same level of quality treatment. When she’s not busy caring for the Garland and Johnson Dental family of patients, Patti spends time with her own large, extended family. She enjoys yoga, hiking, biking, traveling, and is very active her in church. Patti also keeps busy training with round-the-clock training of her puppy Isabel.

Linda

Linda

Linda has been working in the dental industry for nearly four decades and has been with the practice for 16 years and counting. She likes crunching numbers, and it’s obvious in the way she assists patients, helping them to understand insurance and financial matters. Linda is skilled at making sure everyone receives the help they need with honesty, clarity, and accuracy. Like her fellow team members, Linda puts patient needs and concerns first to provide the best possible level of care. Linda enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and son, scrapbooking, and playing cards with friends.

Holly

Holly

Holly has experienced the best of both worlds as a dental assistant and dental hygienist, helping patients find and maintain the smile they’ve always dreamed of. She attended Sinclair Community College with special postgraduate training in local anesthesia administration and also has advanced training in performing periodontal treatments. She’s enjoyed working at the practice for four years, and has ten years experience in dentistry. Holly handles reactivation/recare, ordering supplies, and sterilization monitoring. She’s a big fan of her fellow coworkers and an even bigger fan of the Garland and Johnson Dental family of patients — making their comfort her biggest priority. In her spare time, Holly enjoys relaxing with her husband and boating.

Michelle

Michelle

Michelle is no stranger to dentistry, having worked alongside dental professionals for almost 30 years.  She started out as a dental assistant before earning her radiographer license. Michelle is also a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. She works hard each day to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently at the Middletown practice, helps patients define their treatment plans, supports the team and doctors. Providing excellent patient experience is what Michelle enjoys most, to ensure each person receives the best possible treatment. She’s a proud member of the team and appreciated how much care is put into going above and beyond to help patients achieve a healthy smile. When she’s not in the office, Michelle appreciates spending time with her husband, listening to music, reading, cooking, and gardening.

Barb

Barb

For nearly four decades, Barb has been helping patients smile with her gentle manner and genuine understanding of dentistry. She received her degree from the University of Cincinnati and is licensed in local anesthesia, CPR, nitrous oxide administration, oral cancer screening, and is experienced in so much more. Over the years and still today, she appreciates meeting patients and the relationships that develop as a result of providing personal, consistent, professional care. Outside of the office, Barb enjoys spending time with her four children, four grandchildren, and her husband Mike. She’s also a fan of family trips, paper crafts, and running.

Angie

Angie

Angie has worked for the practice for nearly nine years, providing professional cleanings and helping patients maintain their healthy smiles. She attended Sinclair Community College and received postgraduate training in local anesthetic, periodontal therapy, and dental implants. She’s also accumulated many continuing education hours. Angie appreciates all aspects of her work, but truly finds great joy in caring for patients, while taking extra steps to make sure they’re fully informed about their care and what treatment options are available. When she’s not busy at the office, Angie is quite active in the community as as an acting trustee for the Dayton chapter of the American Dental & Hygienists Association. She enjoys spending time with her two children and three grandchildren.

Angela

Angela received valuable education and training within the United States Army and as a student at Sinclair Community College. She also has advanced, post-graduate training helping her to become certified in CAD/CAM Dental Design technology. Angela has been part of the dental industry for 25 years, and a part of the Garland and Johnson team for over 15 years. You can find her assisting the doctors with exams and educating patients about oral health to help make their beautiful smiles that last a lifetime. Angela spends her free time with her family and three dogs, hunting, fishing, and reading.

Amber

Amber has been a valuable part of the Garland and Johnson team for a decade.  She received professional training at the Dental Assistant Training School. She’s also certified in radiology and trained in a variety of additional treatments and services. At the office, patients will most likely find her chairside helping to provide quality, advanced dental care. Amber enjoys this important role because it’s beneficial in ensuring patients are comfortable and at ease throughout their entire treatment. When Amber isn’t busy assisting and helping our patients, she enjoys spending time with her daughter.

Ellen

Ellen

Patients need to be informed during every phase of their treatment, from beginning to end. Ellen does just that as a helpful assistant whose appreciation for providing excellent patient care is evident everyday. With schooling from Ross Medical Education, Ellen continues to challenge herself with new training within the office. Ellen assists the entire Garland and Johnson team, and also appreciates having the opportunity to develop relationships with patients old and new. In her free time, you can find Ellen having fun with her husband and pets.
